Located near Sandy in Bedfordshire, the stunning Waresley Park Estate is currently used as an equestrian stud and wedding venue but there are many plans afoot to develop this beautiful site.

Appetite Me have been briefed to undertake a feasibility study then, working in conjunction with architects and planners, advise the client from pre-application through to successfully obtaining full planning for a variety of uses working with the existing infrastructure.

 

As well as offering full support to the building programme, Appetite Me will manage the internal layout, design and fit-out of the shop and restaurant.
