Swains Farm Shop, Henfield

Swains Farm Shop is a long-established business well-known for its extensive range of fresh produce, seasonal vegetables and kitchen cupboard items. Having outgrown the existing building, Appetite Me were appointed to project-manage the creation of a new farm shop and 100 cover café.

 

As well as working in conjunction with the builder on the external structure which is an extension of the existing site, we are designing and managing the internal layout and fit-out of the farm shop and café. We will be responsible for sourcing a high-quality butchery concession, product ranging and recruitment and training of staff.

 

The project is due to launch in Autumn 2022.
