Project overview
Our relationship with Marshall’s began with the development of their large-scale farm shop and restaurant. Over the years, we have worked on several projects, including product packaging, website development and creating a sub-brand for their new dog agility park, Marshall’s Muddy Paws.

Services provided
Our services for Marshall’s were comprehensive starting with project management. We ensured that all aspects of the project ran smoothly and efficiently from initial planning to final execution. We designed the internal building layout plans and provided interiors and light equipment to create a welcoming and functional space. A SketchUp design was used to give Marshall’s a clear visual representation of the final layout.

Food retail space planning was meticulously carried out ensuring optimal product placement and customer flow. Our team also handled product procurement & ranging, sourcing a wide variety of high-quality products for the farm shop. Display plans were created to effectively showcase products while visual merchandising and training ensured a consistently high standard of aesthetic presentation.

Marshall’s Muddy Paws, a sub-brand for their new dog agility park, was developed to differentiate this offering and appeal to dog owners. We also designed bespoke POS & signage to enhance brand visibility and guide customers efficiently through the shop and restaurant.

Our team also developed the website and e-commerce platform for the butchery making it easy for customers to browse and purchase products online.

Finally, we produced packaging and label designs for Marshall’s own products, including eggs, potato bags and takeaway hot drink cups that helped to enhance brand recognition and convey a sense of quality and freshness.

Our partnership with Marshall’s has been highly successful with significant improvements in their retail operations and customer experience. The farm shop and restaurant have become popular destinations thanks to the inviting atmosphere, high-quality products and excellent customer service.

The development of the Marshall’s Muddy Paws sub-brand has added a unique dimension to its offering, attracting a new customer base of dog owners. The website and e-commerce platform have also proven to be successful, offering customers a convenient way to shop for their favourite butchery products and place orders from home.
