Home Farm, Dunstall Estate

Appetite Me have been appointed with the redevelopment of Home Farm, part of the Dunstall Estate, which comprises a range of Grade II listed buildings including a farmhouse and assortment of redundant agricultural assets.

 

The overall scheme will include a purpose-built farm shop and restaurant covering 11,400 sq. ft. and the re-development of the original walled garden to provide estate-grown produce and an events space. We are also supporting the development of the Grade II listed buildings for future use.

 

In addition to completing an in-depth feasibility study, we gave planning support and are supporting the external design as well as full design and fit-out of all the interiors.
