BennyBeg - Drummond Castle Estate

Benny Beg is a site owned by Drummond Castle Estate, located in Perthshire, Scotland, just north west of Edinburgh. The Estate enjoys a spectacular location and the site identified for development currently consists of a small garden centre, redundant ceramic business and a car park which services the nearby famous Benny Beg Crag, a popular site with walkers and climbers. Appetite Me were commissioned to undertake a feasibility to assess the viability of establishing a farm shop and restaurant on the site.

 

When the project goes live, Appetite Me will work in conjunction with architects and planners and advise the client from pre-application through to successfully obtaining full planning.

 

As well as offering full support to the building programme, Appetite Me will manage the internal layout, design and fit-out of the shop and restaurant whilst also advising on diversification opportunities to run alongside the main development.
