Coleman's Garden Centre

 

Working with Coleman's, we planned the whole garden centre, from design and layout through to sourcing local and regional food and drink suppliers. We also created the branding from logo design through to signage, uniforms and promotional and marketing material. Appetite Me managed the EPoS system for both the food and garden centre areas, as well as managing staff recruitment, from advertisting and interviews through to employment. Within the restaurant we designed the kitchens, servery and eating area, and developed the menu, focusing on local and seasonal produce.
