Project overview
The project involved transforming the Blackbrooks Garden Centre by introducing a new food hall. The goal was to enhance the customer experience and diversify the garden centre’s offerings, providing customers with a variety of high-quality food options in a welcoming environment.

Services provided
We offered an array of services to make the food hall a reality. Our team took charge of project management, ensuring all aspects were handled efficiently and effectively. We also managed concessions and assisted with the licensing application ensuring all legal requirements were met.

Our team designed the internal building layout plans focusing on creating an inviting and functional space. We also oversaw the shop-fit fixtures & fittings, ensuring they complemented the overall design and ambience of the food hall.

Food retail space planning was meticulously carried out to optimise product placement and customer flow. Our team also handled product procurement and ranging, ensuring a wide variety of appealing, quality food options for customers. To add a personal touch and enhance the atmosphere, we created bespoke blackboard vinyl features behind the butchery and delicatessen. These features added to the unique aesthetic of the food hall and helped to highlight the freshness and quality of the produce on offer. We also designed bespoke POS to enhance the brand visibility and effectively display products and promotions.

To ensure a high standard of service, we provided retail training for the staff. Our team also designed display plans to effectively showcase products and created a visual merchandising & training program to maintain aesthetic standards.
