Recently, the Taste of Anglia board of directors invited Robert as an interim consulting resource. We set Robert the mammoth task to assess the business needs going forward. Liaising with the chairman, Robert Gunn and myself, Richard Jones, the finance director of Taste of Anglia. After all aspects of the business were analysed an agreed decision was to offer the business for sale. Robert recommended the best suitable purchasers for our business. The business was built from the ground up by these guys. The business is still thriving from the fantastic foundation models inputted by Rob and Graham not so many years ago! Without the hard work and knowledge put in by you both, huge sauce would not be what it is today.
Rob, Owen and Shelly have helped us with our first landmark food hall, set up in the Royal Borough of Tonbridge. Our flagship store will be opening in Spring 2014. Appetite Me added 22 new suppliers, many from the Kent region, adding in excess of 2000 new product lines! These ranged from specialist ambient goods, wines, fresh fruit, vegetables and bakery products.
